摘　　要：小型转炉配备钢水精炼设施是当前市场竞争的需要。应当根据产品定位进行设施类型选择 ,配备的原则是转炉。Provision of refining devices for the small sized converter is an urgent need to meet the current market competition,and there fore selection of proper refining equipments shall be based up on the product olrientation and the principle for the equipment disposition can only be determined by the converter,refining device and continuous caster,not by the annual productivity of the refining device.
