生物遗传多样性研究方法及其保护措施

摘　　要：本文综述了生物遗传多样性的研究方法。对等位酶分析 (Allozymeanalysis)、聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)法、限制性内切酶片段长度多型性 (RestrictionFragmentLengthPolymorphism简称RFLP)分析和随机扩增的多态性DNA (RandomAmplifiedPolymorphicDNA简称RAPD)分析等四种方法在遗传多样性研究中的应用进行了讨论。另外 ,概述了遗传多样性的保护问题 。The authors had summarized some means of disquision in genetic diversity.The application of Allozyme analysis, PCR, Restriction Fragment Lingth Polymorphism and Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA in the study on genetic diversity were discussed. In addition, some measures of genetic diversity protection had been outlined, and suggested that the study on molecule in biology would play important role in investigation of genetic diversity and the protection of biodiversity.
