摘　　要：针对SS40 0M连铸坯实际生产中出现的角裂问题 ,采用热模拟的方法 ,研究了SS40 0M的高温力学性能 ,对比分析应变速率、冷却速率对性能的影响 。In order to solve the corner crack problem of SS400M continuous casting slabs in the practical production,thermal simulating measure is used to study high temperature mechanical property,comparatively analyse the effects of strain rate and cooling rate on properties,As a result,the causes are given and operational parameter of slab continuous casting are analysed.
