摘 要:本课题研究了烧结矿化学成分和烧结工艺指标对包钢第三代烧结矿强度的影响。提出了提高第三代烧结矿强度的方法措施。试验研究表明 :品位和含氟量是第三代烧结矿强度的决定性因素。品位越高 ,则烧结矿转鼓强度越高。含氟量应控制在 0 4%为宜。按照上述原则 ,在试验室已烧制出令人满意的烧结矿。它的转鼓指数为70 3% ,还原度为 70 9% ,低温还原粉化指数 (+3 15mm)为 90 2 %。更为重要的是 。The project studied the effect of chemical content and sintering indices on strength of third-generation sintering ore. It is pointed out some measures to improve its strength. The experiment results showed that grade and F content are the key factors. Higher the grade is, more strength of sintering ore is and the proper ratio of F content is within 4%. The satisfactory sintering ore was got according to these principles. Its rotating drum index can reach 70.3%, reduction is 70.9% and reduction powder under low temperature is 90.2%. The most important is its good metallurgical property.
