摘　　要：汽车工业的发展 ,带动了废铅蓄电池再生铅工业的发展 ,本文从环保出发 ,介绍了国内外废铅蓄电池回收管理和技术的现状 ,反映我国再生铅工业管理和技术的落后与巨大差距。指出从政府到大众应增强环保意识 ,大力发展我国的再生铅工业 ,消除铅对人类的危害。On the view of environment protection, this paper introduces the recla im, management, and technical status of waste lead acid battery inside and outsi de our nation On the other hand, this paper also points out that either the Ch in ese government or Chinese people should boost up the environment protection cons ciousness, so as to fasten Chinese secondary lead industry's developing, elimina te the lead harm on the human beings
