摘 要:采用真空 /惰气雾化方法制备了NiMn2 5Co5合金粉末触媒 ,利用SEM、OM、XRD等手段研究了粉末触媒的特性。结果表明粉末触媒颗粒形貌呈球形 ,流动性好 ,比表面积大 ,成分均匀 ,组织细小 ,具有类似Ni的单一面心立方固溶体结构 ,大于 30 μm的粉末氧含量 <2 0 0× 10 -6。在国产六面顶压机上进行了粉末触媒合成金刚石的批量试验 ,合成的金刚石晶型完整率高 ,晶体纯净 ,包裹体总量不多 ,夹杂物和气泡少 ,测试结果显示合成的金刚石具有较高的抗压强度和良好的冷热冲击强度。采用粉末触媒合成金刚石 ,可大大降低金刚石的生产成本 ,并且不仅能合成高产磨料级金刚石 ,还能够大大提高优质粗颗粒和高品级金刚石的比例 。Powder catalyst of Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 was prepared by inert gas atomization, and its particle shape, basic physical and chemical characteristics, microstructure and phase composition have been studied by use of SEM, OM, XRD etc. The results show that the powder catalyst of Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 is of spherical shape, uniform chemical composition, fine microstructure, larger specific area and low content of oxygen. Batch tests of diamond synthesis by using powder catalyst of Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 were carried out in the synthesizing cavity of 23mm and 21mm in diameter, the results show that the synthesized diamonds are of integrated shape, little impurity and pore, and have high compression strength and high resistance to shock at room temperature and high temperature (900℃,1100℃), and the process of diamond synthesis by using powder catalyst of Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 has the virtue of high output per synthesizing bar, low consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, high yield of coarse particle and high grade diamond. The extending and application of powder catalyst of Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 will be of great importance to boost technological progress of synthesis of high-grade diamond in China.
