摘　　要：针对执法工作中的常见问题，提出执法工作中案值界定，管辖范围，查扣，扣押，计量执法，队伍建设，宣传教育，法制监督等方面的建议。 To counter the common problems in enforcing the laws, some suggestions such as the case value’s calculation, jurisdiction sealing up, distraining, enforcing the laws in measurement, personnel training, propagation and education and legal system’s supervision were raised.
