摘　　要：本文概述了发达国家科技评估的主要做法 ,论述了发达国家的做法在我国应用的优势和局限性 ,指出作为一种重要的管理工具 ,发达国家的科技评估做法在我国是可行的 。This paper tries to outline the approaches to evaluation of research in main developed countries, discuss the superiorites and limitations of the approaches when applied in China and point out that, as a vital management tool, the approaches for sci tech evaluation in developed countries is feasible in China. What we need to do is to create a fine policy and a culture environment for them.
