生丝匀度仪的生丝匀度分级标准研究

摘  要:本文通过制作标准匀度变化丝片,对它分别进行匀度仪、目光、短片段纤度称量三种检验,并对检验结果进行综合分析,找出匀度仪检验得到的分段变异系数与匀度变化程度和变化阔度关系的基础上,建立了生丝匀度仪的生丝分级标准.最后通过模拟实验,对该标准进行了验证;为生丝匀度仪的推广应用工作进行了新的探索.This article describes the preparation of evenness panels of standard variation for eatablishing silk grad- ing standards for evenness tester inspection. The panels were first tested the evenness tester, visual inspec- tion and short-term size weighing. Then the results were compared to find out the relationship between the sectional coefficient of variation obtained from tester inspection and the intensity and width of the panels' evenness variation. Thus the grading standards were set up. Finally the standards were verified through simulating experiments. This study is a new exploration for a wider application of the silk evenness tester.
