摘　　要：从 L F/ VD的脱氧工艺、钢中的 [Mn]/ [S]、Als含量以及搅拌状况等方面对硫化物夹杂级别的控制作了试验研究 ,其结果表明 ,Ca合金脱氧对其影响重大 ;[Mn]/ [S]>16 0时可以使硫化物夹杂的评级控制在1级以下 ;即使在低 Als状态下 ,硫化物夹杂物以 类形式析出 ;Experiment of controlling surfide grade has been done with different deoxidation process, /,Al s content in steel and stirring modes on LF/VD. Testing results show that the effect of deoxidation with calcium is obvious, when />160, the surfide grade can be controlled to below grade 1, even if Al s is low, the type Ⅱ surfide is precipitated, the stirring mode has multiple effect.
