摘　　要：分析了影响滑板连续使用的安全因素 ,制定了相关技术措施 结果表明滑板平均连用 4 11次 /套 (最高为 5次 ) ;上水口平均使用 12次 /块 (最高为 17次 ) ,效果显著 在试验成功后已经推广 ,经过探索改进 。The security factors affecting slide plate repeat assembling is analyzed,the relative technical measures are made.The test results show that the average life of slide plate is extended to 4.11 heats(the longest life is extended to 5 heats),the average life of upper ladle slide nozzle is extended to 12 heats(the longest life was extended to 17 heats) and the achievement is outstanding.The technology is generally used after the successful test.The life of repeat assembling slide plate can be extended longer with more innovation.
