摘　　要：阐述了影响铝镇静钢可浇性的因素及其作用机理 ,并从减少夹杂物的来源 ,促进夹杂物的上浮方面提出提高终点碳含量 ,加入钙质覆盖剂 ,保护浇注 ,加大中间包上水口直径等措施 。The factors affecting pouring and its acting mechanism of Al killed steel are discribed.Measures such as the increase in terminal carbon,the addition of calcium bearing covering,the protection of pouring process and the enlargement of diameter of the upper tundish nozzle,etc.were taken to cut down the inclusion sources and promote inclusion flotation.It gave rise to a good result.
