摘　　要：大型炉身冷却模块技术是近年来应用的新技术 ,因其运用厚壁水管弯制 ,直接与炉皮焊接 ,再浇注耐热混凝土 ,避免了传统铸铁冷却壁存在的缺陷 。Technique of big cooling model body is a newly applied subject in current years.Because it applies thick wall water pipes which was bent,and directly welds with shell of blast furnace,and then pours hot resistant concrete,it avoids defection of traditional cast iron cooling stave and opens up the thinking road for the long campaign life of blast furnace.
