南钢焦化配加无烟煤炼焦工艺的研究

摘　　要：介绍了南钢配加无烟煤炼焦的技术经济可行性、工艺设计方案、设备选型及效益的分析 。This article introduces the engineering economical feasibility,process project,device contention, benefits about cokemaking process with anthractie,meanwhile puts forward the way of cokemaking with anthracite in Nangang ing (Gaotang County People`s Hospital,Gaotang 252800,China) Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of captepril on the epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A,group B and group C.Group A was given orally captopril 25mg 3 times daily before oliguric stage; group B was administrated the same dose of captopril as group A in obliguric stage complicated with hypertension; group C was given orally 1 to 2 compound hypotensive tablets 3 times daily. The other treatments were the same as the 3 groups Results There was no hypertension in group A, in group B, the blood pressure began to decrease 4 to 6h after treatmeat, 72h later it returned and maintained the normal level. In group C, the blood pressure was higher than normal. In group A and group B, the renal function recovered more quickly, complications were fewer and the duration of illness was shorter than those in group C. Conclusion Captopril can decrease or prevent acute renal failure, decrease the complication in the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
