摘　　要：实施产成品转库是钢铁企业产成品物流控制的主要策略之一。作者对宝钢出厂中心产成品转库问题进行了分析和描述 ,对制订产成品转库计划的关键———转库需求决策和转库流向与时间决策 ,建立了两阶段数学优化模型 ,并对模型在实际中的应用进行了介绍。Finished product re deposit is one of the main strategies in the finished product logistics control in a steelworks. The re deposit operation in Baosteel is described and analyzed. A two stage mathematical model is set up for re deposit requirement decision and re deposit flow direction and time decision what are critical for making finished product re deposit plan. The application of the re deposit model is introduced.
