摘　　要：针对国内碳素配料采用人工控制下料量 ,很难确保配料比例的准确 ,因而难于保证产品质量的现状 ,碳素阳极配料计算机控制系统将先进的PLC控制技术和配料智能补偿算法相结合 ,运用变频调速方式控制电机 ,实现了碳素阳极配料的精确计量和自动控制。该系统的应用 ,年投资回报率在50 %以上 ,具有显著的经济和社会效益。The manual mixture of carbon anode is hard to ensure the accurate mixture ratio, therefore the quality of products .The carbon anode mixture computer control system integrates advanced PLC control technology with intelligent compensation algorithm of mixture and adopts frequency conversion technique for speed control of motor, so that accurate measurement and automatic control of carbon anode mixture are achieved. Since the system is put into operation, remarkable social and economic benefits are obtained with over 50% annual investment return rate.
