摘 要:30 0℃时 ,在硅钼棒炉中采用BaCO3 BaF2 MnO2 系熔剂对w ([Si],i) =0 0 84%~ 0 2 45 %的锰铁合金进行脱磷实验 结果表明 ,只要改变渣系组成和脱磷处理时间适当 ,对不同硅含量的锰铁合金均可获得 5 0 %以上的脱磷率 采用BaCO3(w (BaCO3) =6 0 %~ 70 % ) BaF2 (w (BaF2 ) =10 % ) MnO2 (w (MnO2 ) =2 0 %~ 30 % )渣系脱磷时 ,锰的氧化损失为负值 脱磷保锰的最佳处理时间为 10~ 15min ,脱磷过程中熔体氧位在 5min内迅速上升到一定值 ,5min后氧位在很窄的范围内波动 改变渣系组成 :MnO2 的质量分数降到 10 % ,BaCO3 的质量分数从 6 0 %增至80 % ,对熔剂的最大脱磷率和其对应的氧位影响不大 ,最大脱磷率为 49 1%~ 5 6 2 % ,对应氧位在 0 35× 10 -6~0 5 0× 10The dephosphorization experiments of ferromanganese melt with w(,i) =0 084%~0 245%by BaCO 3 BaF 2 MnO 2 flux were performed in a MoSi 2 furnace at 1 300 ℃.The results show that so long as the flux composition is changed and dephosphorization time is suitable,about more than 50% phosphorization in ferromanganese melt with different Si contents can be moved into slag.Manganese was not lost during the dephosphorization treatment by BaCO 3(w(BaCO 3)=60%~70%) BaF 2(w(BaF 2)=10%) MnO 2(w(MnO 2)=20%~30%) flux.The optimum time of dephosphorization and Mn keeping is about 10 to 15min.The oxygen potential in ferromanganese melt during dephosphorization is reached to a certain value about 5min and then changes only in a narrow range.When MnO 2 decreases from 30% to 10% and BaCO 3 increases from 60% to 80% in BaCO 3 based flux,the maximum dephosphorization rate and the oxygen potential relative to this maximum dephosphorization rate almost don't change.The oxygen potential relative to this maximum dephosphorization rate changes from 0 35×10 -6 to 0 50×10 -6 .
