刺五加注射液对冠心病室性心律失常患者QT变异度的影响及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨刺五加注射液对冠心病室性心律失常患者QT变异度的影响及对室性早搏的治疗作用。方法 :采用动态心电图技术对应用刺五加注射液治疗的60例冠心病室性心律失常患者治疗前后QT变异度和室性早搏的情况进行观察。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,治疗20天后室性早搏数量明显减少(P<0 01) ,QTcmax和QTcd明显缩短(P<0 01和P<0 05)。结论 :刺五加注射液可以明显缩短冠心病室性心律失常患者的QT变异度 ,减少心律失常的发作。Purpose: To discuss the effect of Ciwujia Injection on QT interval dynamicity of the patient with arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease. Methods: Through Hotle, observations were made on QT interval dynamicity and ventricular premature beats of the 60 patients before and after the treatment with Ciwujia Injection. Results: Compared with the condition before the treatment, the ventricular premature beats were obviously reduced 20 days after the treatment (P<0.01 ) and QTcmax and QTcd were greatly shortened ( P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusions: Ciwujia Injection can shorten the QT interval dynamicity of the patients with arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease and reduce the attack from arrhythmia.
