摘　　要：肿瘤转移是一个多步骤、多环节、多因素参与的复杂过程。综述了近年来中药有效成分在诱导癌细胞分化、诱导癌细胞凋亡、降低血粘度 ,影响癌细胞粘附、发挥细胞毒作用。Tumor metastasis is a complicated process including many steps,links and factors.This article reviews the mechanisms of TCM acting on the inhibition of tumor metastasis,which have several aspects:the induction of tumor cell differentiation,the induction of tumor cell apoptosis,the intervention of tumor cell adhesion with descending blood viscosity,cytotoxic effects,the modulation of immune function and the influence of anti metastasis genes and hormone level.
