摘　　要：目的 :检测气味沙雷氏菌P16组分对荷QGY肿瘤裸鼠的保护作用。方法 :采取两种给药途径 ,连续测量 32d内荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤体积的变化以及 32d后剥离瘤块的重量。结果 :P16可显著抑制QGY肿瘤的生长 ;其与肿瘤细胞直接接触时的抑瘤效果比瘤周用药的效果好。结论Objective: To study the antitumor effect of P16 component of S. Odorifera. Methods: Nude mice were divided into three groups. The first group was injected the mixture of P16 and QGY cells; the second group was injected QGY cells, and five days later P16 was injected into the round of tumor cells; the third group was injected saline only. Every three days the volume of tumors were tested. Results: P16 could inhibit the growth of QGY tumor in nude mouse, and this antitumor efficiency is dosely related with the way of giving medicine. Conclusion: P16 component of S. Odorifera has the antitumor action in vivo, and this function is exhibited mainly by direct inhibiting the growth of tumors.
