摘　　要：目的 :为了解我国“九五”期间河南省人群居民病伤死因模式及各类死因的危害程度 ,给制定 2 1世纪初期河南省疾病控制工作重点和策略提供依据。方法 :采用死亡率、潜在寿命损失年数 (yearsofpotentiallifelost ,YPLL)、潜在工作损失年数 (workyearsofpotentiallifelost ,WYPLL)和潜在经济损失 (potentialecomomiclosses ,PEL)等死亡分析指标对 1995～ 1999年河南省居民病伤死因模式进行了系统的综合研究 ,其中PEL是在WYPLL的基础上由本研究人员首先提出的死因分析指标。结果 :从各类死因的死亡率及顺位分析结果来看 ,以依次心脏病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤和损伤中毒分别居前 4位 ;但是从各类死因的YPLL、WYPLL和PEL顺位结果来看 ,又依次以损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤、心脏病和脑血管病分别居前 4位。结论 :上述这 4类死因不仅已经成为 2 0世纪末期严重危害河南省居民健康的最主要卫生问题 ,而且也是导致河南省居民“早死”造成YPLL、WYPLL和PEL最多的主要死因。根据本研究结果 ,建议政府和有关部门在制定或修订 2 1世纪初期河南省疾病控制工作规划和策略时 ,应在继续努力认真做好传染病和新生儿病防治的基础上 ,不仅需要逐渐加强对恶性肿瘤、心脏病和脑血管病等慢性病防治工作的重视程度 ,而且从卫生经济学角度出?Objective: To understand the patterns of diseases in juries and death of the residents and to provide scientific bases for the important points and strategies of controlling diseases of Henan in 21 th century.Methods:To study the causes of resident s diseases in juries and death in Henan province form 1995 to 1999 by means of mortality, years of potential life lost(YPLL), working years of potential life lost (WYPLL).Results: according to the analysis of mortality the first four causes is heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, cancer and injury poison.From the YPLL,WYPLL and economic loses, injury poison, cancer, heart disease and cerebra and vascular disease are on the top ranks.So, not only are these four kinds of death causes mainly harmful to the health of the residents in Henan from 1995 to 1999, but also the main cause fore arlier death which results in the year of potential life lost working year potential life lost and potential economic loses.Conclusion: On the benfetis of economic cost and general efficiency, the prevention and treatment of injury poison and cancer should be focused on while the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases will be carried on when we make the plan for disease control in 21 thcentury in Henan.
