摘  要:研究了不同结构受阻胺光稳定剂及其与其它光稳定剂并用条件下对PE的稳定效能,从而研制出耐大气老化性能优异的LLDPE地膜。此地膜经一个农业生产季节覆盖应用后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均保留85%左右,人工从田间清理出的废膜长约2m,无小块碎膜残留;并观测到地膜厚度对废膜回收也有贡献,为解决普通地膜的残膜难于从农田中回收带来的严重污染问题提供了一条技术途径。The stabilization effectiveness of hindered amine light stabilizers of different structure and the combinations of the stabilizer with other kinds of stabilizer on the photooxidation of PE were studied. As a result LLDPE mulch films of high weather—resistance were developed. Both tensile strength and elongation at break of the films remained in the vicinity of g5%of their initial values after a cultivation season's exposure and, therefore, waste films drawn out from the fields were about 2meters long and no pieces of the films were left in the fields. It was also showen that the film thickness had considerable effecton the clearing away of the used films from soil. Obviously, the weather--resistant mulch films provide a new approach to thesolution of soil pollution due to the use of conventional films.
