摘  要:目的 :通过比较3种测定血糖的方法———BIOSEN5030葡萄糖氧化酶电极膜法(GOD膜法)、葡萄糖氧化酶生化分析仪法(GOD法)以及血糖仪试纸带法(雅培试纸带法) ,阐述不同方法的优缺点 ,以满足临床上的不同需要。方法 :用上述3种测定血糖方法 ,分别对糖尿病病人的血标本、高低值标准血清及异常血清标本进行测定 ,通过统计学的方法进行数据处理 ,得出结论。结果 :实验分析数据表明 ,GOD膜法的准确性、精确性好于其他两种方法 ,与GOD法相关性良好 ,且不受溶血、脂血、黄疸血清的影响。结论 :分析结果表明 ,BIOSEN5030血糖分析仪能够满足临床上快速、准确的测定要求 ,并且取血简单 ,操作方便 ,适合于内分泌科及糖尿病人较多的医院 ,是一种新型的快速血糖测定方法。Objective: To evaluate the BIOSEN5030 GOD membrane electrode method, the GOD method using the biochemical analysis instrument, and the test paper method using the mini-type glucose analysis instrument for detecting blood glucose.Methods: The blood glucose level of sera samples from diabetic patients, high and low standard sera and abnormal sera samples were detected by each of the three methods, and the data obtained were then analyzed with statistical means.Results: Statistical data show that GOD membrane electrode assay is more accurate and precise than the other two, and is well correlated with the GOD assay. Even more, hemolysis, sera fat and jaundice-sera cause no trouble to the GOD membrane electrode assay. Conclusion: The GOD membrane electrode assay can meet the requirement of rapid and exact detecting blood glucose in the clinic. And it also has some other advantages such as simple sampling, convenient operating, etc. Offering a good means for detecting blood sugar. BIOSEN5030 is fit for the incretion department and the with lots of diabetic patients.
