摘　　要：目的 :探讨牛膝多糖 (ABP)对正常及免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :ABP经腹腔注射给药后 ,测定各组小鼠外周血中NK细胞以及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)活性的变化。结果 :ABP 60mg (kg·d)10d能显著提高免疫低下小鼠NK细胞和小鼠外周血中TNF的活性 ,还能促进正常小鼠外周血中YNK细胞及TNF活性的增强。结论 :ABP是一种免疫调节剂 。Objective To study the effects of ABP on immunolgical function in normal and immunosuppressed mices.Methods NK activity in peripheral blood and TNF contents were measured after intraperitoneal injection of ABP in normal and immunosuppressed mice.Results ABP 60 mg/(kg·d) 10 d significantly increased the activity of NK and TNF in immunosuppressed and normal mice peripheral blood.Conclusion It was suggested that ABP be a kind of immunomodulator,and could improve the immunological function of normal and immunosuppressed mice.
