摘  要:目的 :寻找方便而有效的呼出气采集方法及气相中三氯乙烯的测定方法。方法 :用 2 L 采气袋收集工人呼出气、空气采样器采集车间空气 ,经活性碳管富集 ,用二硫化碳解吸 ,取解吸液用气相色谱测定。结果 :工作曲线 r=0 .998,合并变异系数 3.2 5 % ,平均解吸率 10 0 .15 % ,10 0 m g活性碳对 TCE穿透容量 3.0 mg,最低检测限 4.0 ng。结论 :本方法能满足卫生监测的要求 ,方便 。Objective:To investigate the convenient and effective method for collecting the exhaled air and detecting trichloroethylene(TCE) in gas samples.Method:The exhaled air samples from workers were collected in 2L breathing-bag.The gases in workshops were collected by air-sample-collector.After concentrated with the activated carbon tube and detached by carbon bisulfate,the released liquid was determined by gas chromatography.Results:The correlation coefficient of working curve is r=0.998,while CV=3.25% and the recovery rate is 100.15%.The permeathed capacity for TCE in 100mg activate carbon is 3.0mg and the lowest detection limit is 4.0ng.Conclusion:The experiment showed that this method can meet the need for hygiene determination of TCE in gas samples.
