摘　　要：目的　不经分离直接测定卡马西平和维生素B6的含量。方法　采用褶合光谱法。结果　二组分的回收率和RSD分别为 99 72 % ,1 6 1% ;99 6 9% ,2 35 %。结论　本法结果可靠、准确 。Objective To determine directly without separation the contents of carbamazepine and vitamin B 6 in an antiepileptic preparation.Methods Convolution spectrometry was used.Results The average recovery and RSD were 99.72% and 1.61% for vitamin B 6 and 99.69% and 2.35%.for carbamazepine acetate.Conclusions Convolution spectrometry is reliable,accurate and suitable for the determination of drug contents in hospital made preparations.
