摘  要:为改善CaO基钢包渣性能以控制钢包中钢液回磷和进行钢液炉外脱磷 ,分别以Li2 O、Na2 O、K2 O、BaO作添加剂替代模拟的CaO基钢包渣系中等质量分数的CaO ,研究添加剂对该渣系的熔点、粘度、脱磷及控制钢液回磷能力的影响 结果表明 :该 4种添加剂均可有效地降低渣系的熔点和粘度 ,其中Li2 O效果最明显 ;加入添加剂使CaO基钢包渣系的脱磷及控制钢液回磷能力大幅度提高 。To improve the properties of CaO based ladle slags and control rephosphorization and carry out dephosphorization of the liquid steel in ladle, the effects of Li 2O,Na 2O,K 2O and BaO on the melting point ,viscosity and dephosphorizingability of the simulated CaO based ladle slags, in which part of CaO is replaced by equal weighted additives, are studied The results show that all the four kinds of additives could decrease the melting point and viscosity of slags effectively, in which the action of Li 2O is most conspicuous; The dephosphorizing and rephosphorization controlling ability of CaO based ladle slags is enhanced remarkably by additives and a small amount of additives added to slags can control the rephosphorization of steel
