摘 要:采用天然膨润土为原料 ,提纯后用季铵盐 (如十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 )有机改性成有机土 ,然后与中性胺 (如十二胺和八烷胺 )及正硅酸乙酯以一定的比例混合反应 4h ,经分离 ,干燥 ,焙烧后合成出蒙脱土多孔粘土异构材料。通过XRD、TGA等表征手段对这些中间产品和成品进行了分析测试 ,考察了不同链长的中性胺、不同的有机土等对材料合成的影响。结果表明用商品有机土和八烷胺合成的样品具有 2 6 .4 的孔道高度 ,达到中孔 ,且其热稳定性可达 80 0℃以上。The natural bentonite was purified and then modified by quaternary ammonium (such as cetyltrimethylammonium bromide/CTAB). Mixtures of the modified bentonite, neutral amine (such as octylamine) and tetraethylorthosilicate/TEOS at a certain molar ratio were allowed to react for 4 h. The resulting intercalates were centrifuged, dried in air and calcined, therefore a novel porous montmorillonite heterostructured material has been synthesized. The synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction/XRD, thermogravimetric analysis/TG techniques, and the influences of the different amines and different modified bentonites on the synthesized material were studied. The results show that the materials have a gallery height of 26.4 ? and a high thermal stability up to 800 ℃.
