摘 要:偶氮氯膦Ⅲ [2 ,7 双 (4 氯 2 膦酸苯偶氮 ) 1 ,8 二羟基萘 3 ,6 二磺酸 ]为铬变酸对称的双偶氮衍生物。该试剂由于其性质优异 ,已成为常用的稀土光度试剂。偶氮氯膦Ⅲ与稀土元素的成络显色反应具有多样性和特殊性 ,颇受人们的关注 ,因而近 2 0年来获得了更为深入的研究和广泛的应用。本文综述了该试剂与稀土元素的成络反应及其分析应用的研究进展 ,其中包括α型和β型显色反应、轻重稀土元素的共显色效应、稀土与非稀土异金属多核配合物生成反应、α型和β型偶氮氯膦Ⅲ 稀土元素 表面活性剂三元体系、有机溶剂对α型和β型显色反应的影响 ,以及偶氮氯膦Ⅲ及其稀土配合物的稳定性和量子化学研究。参考文献 5 2篇。Chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ \[2,7-bis-(4-chloro-2-phosphonophenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid\],one of the symmetrical bisazo derivatives of chromotropic acid,has so many excellent properties that it has become a frequently-used photometric reagent for rare earth elements. As this reagent exhibits diversification and particularity in its complex formation and chromogenic reaction with rare earth elements,it was studied extensively and applied in many ways during the last two decades.This paper reviewed the advances in the studies of the complexing reaction of chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ with rare earth elements and its analytical applications, including \%α\%- and \%β\%-type chromogenic reaction, cocolouration effect of light and heavy rare earth elements,formation reaction of mixed polynuclear complex of rare earth elements with non rare earth elements,\%α\%- and \%β\%-type chlorophosphonazoⅢ-rare eaarth elements-surface active agent ternay systems, and influence of organic solvents on \%α\%- and \%β\%-type chromogenic reaction. Finally, the complex ion stability, the quantum chemistry research of chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ, and its complex of rare earth elements are discussed. Fifty two references are given.
