印后纸张全息图模压技术研究

摘　　要：全息技术以全息防伪标识的形式在包装上已得到广泛的应用，但均以塑料薄膜作为成像基材。全息技术在包装上的应用更应关注使用最为广泛的纸包装制品。提出了一种直接在印后纸张上制作全息图的工艺方法，分析了全息成像的机理和方法，阐述了进行全息图模压复制的工艺原理和独特的工艺特点及其在产品防伪中的应用前景。Holographic technology formed as holographic anti-counterfeit security tags or labels are widely used in anti-counterfeit of product packages.Plastic film is the chief holographic imaging base in these applications.In the application of holographic technology in packaging,we think,more attention should be paid to its use in the more widely used paper package.A novel technology is proposed for making holograms on printed papers;the imaging mechanics and approaches are analyzed for holographic imaging;the processing principles,methods and special properties are elaborated for mass embossing replication and industrialized procduction before its use in anti-counterfeit security on packages is anticipated.
