摘 要:采用水力计算方法对中空纤维膜组件进行优化设计 ,发现膜的几何尺寸对产水量的影响很大。由于出水的驱动力只是在中空纤维总长度很短的一部分保持高的数值 ,故随着长度增加 ,单位纤维长度的出水量递减 ,因此在经济允许的条件下应将膜造得尽量短 ;同时纤维的粘合长度越长 ,出水量越低 ,故在膜的制造过程中 ,在强度允许的条件下应尽量缩短粘合段长度。选用单位面积效率作为目标函数 ,仅从水力学的角度对膜组件进行了计算和优化设计 。In optimization design for hollow fiber membrane module by using hydraulic calculation, it was found that the geometric dimension has great effect on water yield. Because the driving force of effluent keeps high value only in a short part of total fiber length, the water yield per unit length of fiber is on the progressive decrease along with the increased fiber length. As a result, under the allowable economic condition, the membrane should be made as short as possible. Meanwhile, the longer the cohesion length of fiber, the lower the water yield is. Thus, the cohesion length should also be manufactured as short as possible under the permissible condition of membrane strength. By using the efficiency per unit area as objective function, hydraulic calculation and optimization design were carried out for the membrane module only from the point of view of hydraulics. Other affecting factors shall be taken into consideration in practical engineering application.
