摘 要:为了揭示改型前、后 2种喷煤枪喷吹粉煤气 粒两相湍流流动过程的浓度场的分布 ,根据质量守恒、动量守恒、混合组分平衡的基本规律建立了高炉粉煤喷吹三维气 粒两相湍流流动过程数学模型 ,采用k ε方程描述风口内气 粒两相的湍流流动 ,通过对Euler正交坐标下节点离散化方程的耦合关系分析求解 ,采有 3组粒度不同的粉煤颗粒对喷枪改型前、后高炉风口湍流流动进行数值计算 .计算结果表明 :随着粉煤颗粒粒度的增加 ,多股流喷枪对风口底面的低浓度特性明显 ,当粒度为 10 0 μm时 ,喷枪对风口底面的浓度为单股流时浓度的 12 0 ;当粒度为 75 μm时 ,为 110 ,当粒度为 5 0 μm时 ,为 15 ,这与实验结果相吻合 .In order to reveal distribution of concentration field about 3D gas particle two phase at the course of turbulent flow in BF tuyere due to the pulverized coal injection, two types of lance, one is not improved and the other is improved, are researched. Under the condition of using the basic law of the conservation of mass, of momentum and the balance of mixing component, a mathematical model of turbulent flow about 3D gas particle two phase inside the BF tuyere is established. Turbulent flow about 3D gas particle two phase is characterized by the k ε model. And on the basis of simple method, different numerical methods are applied according to the interconnection features between variable and the computational region. Three kinds of different diametral particles are simulated to reveal the turbulent flow about 3D gas particle two phase in BF tuyere due to the pulverized coal injected by two different types of lance. The results of calculation show that the degree that the lance with multiple holes can greatly reduce consistence of pulverized coal particle in BF tuyere, which will be more obvious with the increase of diameter of particle. When the diameter of particle is 100 μm, concentration of pulverized coal particle is twenty times less than before. When the diameter of particle is 75 μm, concentration of pulverized coal particle is ten times less than before. When the diameter of particle is 50 μm, concentration of pulverized coal particle is five times less than before, which is corresponded with the results of experiment results.
