摘　　要：闭塞成形是一种精密模锻技术 ,可以实现锻件的近净成形 ,提高材料利用率、降低成本 ,改善锻件质量 ,是当前国内外十分关注的研究课题。本文阐述了该工艺的原理和相关技术 ,并以扳口锻件为例 。The closed die forming is a precision forging technology. It can realize the near net shape forming, improving material utilization, reducing cost and improving quality of forgings. At present, It is paid attention to by more and more domestic and overseas scholars. In this paper, the principle and related techniques of the process are expounded. As an example, the engineering design and test of the clip of wrench forgings has been carried out.
