摘　　要：本文以实心圆管坯二辊斜轧穿孔为例论述了采用大型非线性有限元分析软件MARC模拟热力耦合过程中碰到的若干问题及其解决方法。重点在于解决三维模型建立、边界条件、接触定义等方面遇到的实际问题 。This paper discusses the problems in the procedure that simulates the tube hot rolling by using the large non linear FEA software MACR.The emphases are put on solving problems in building the 3D models, boundary conditions and contact definition etc.This paper can offer the valuable reference to study the same subjects.
