摘  要:研究了热浸镀 5 5 %Al Zn合金镀层钢的室温拉伸性能和耐蚀性能。结果表明 :Q2 35钢板经热浸镀 5 5 %Al Zn合金后的室温屈服强度和抗拉强度均高于Q2 35钢 ,而伸长率没有降低。经SEM观察 ,5 5 %Al Zn合金镀层钢的拉伸断口由钢基体的韧窝断口和Fe Al Zn Si合金层的穿晶解理断口组成。腐蚀试验结果显示 :热浸镀 5 5 %Al Zn合金后钢的耐蚀性在盐雾中是镀锌钢的 6倍 ,在盐水中是镀锌钢的 3倍 ,并同样具有镀锌层对钢基体的电化学保护能力。The tensile properties and corrosion resistance of hot dip 55%Al Zn alloy coating steel are investigated. The results show that the room temperature yield strength and tensile strength of hot dip 55%Al Zn alloy coating steel are higher than those of low carbon steel (Q235) plates, and its elongation has not reduced. The fracture surfaces of tensile specimens which were examined and analyzed with SEM show that the fracture mode of tensile specimens is mixed type consisting of ductile and trans granular cleavage. The corrosion resistance of hot dip 55%Al Zn alloy coating steel is six times that of galvanized steel in salt spray and three times that of galvanized steel in salt water. 55%Al Zn alloy coating has the same ability as galvanized coating to protect the steel.
