摘　　要：目的　了解黄疸患儿中溶血病 (HDN)的发病率。方法　血清学检查参照《输血技术手册》进行。结果　 180例新生儿黄疸患儿的血清学检查中 ,阳性 117例 ,其中ABO系统 10 9例 ,Rh系统 8例。结论　对新生儿黄疸患儿的血清学检查 ,可早期明确诊断 。Objective To investigate the incidence of hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN) in infants with icterus neonatorum.Methods Serological examination of 180 cases of icterus neonatorum was carried out according to the technical manual of blood transfusion of American Association of Blood Bank.Results Among 180 cases of icterus neonatorum,117 cases were HDN positive,which included 109 cases of ABO blood group and 8 cases of Rh blood group.Conclusion Serological examination of icterus neonatorum can define the diagnosis at earlier stage and improve the cure rate of hemolytic disease of newborn.
