杏灵颗粒对缺血性心脏病影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察杏灵颗粒对冠心病者血中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)及左室舒张功能的影响。方法 :采用杏灵颗粒 1g/次 ,3次 / d,口服。治疗 6周 ,治疗前后查患者血清 LPO,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,并采用彩超诊断仪测左室舒张功能指标左室舒张期 E峰、A峰速度、E/ A比值。结果 :冠心病者左室舒张功能障碍者 E/ A比值与血清 L PO水平负相关 ,与红细胞 SOD活性正相关。经 6周治疗后 ,血清 LPO明显降低 ,红细胞 SOD活性明显升高 ,左室舒张期 E峰速率增加 ,A峰速率减低 ,E/ A增大。结论 :杏灵颗粒具有明显改善冠心病者左室舒张功能。Objective:To observe the effects of Ginkgonin on serum lipid peroxide and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in coronary heart disease. Methods:Forty five cases of LVDD patients in CHD were treated with Ginkgonin for 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, E peak, A peak of left ventricular diastolic period, E/A ration (E/A), serum LPO concentration, erythroxide superoxide dismutase (Ery SOD) activity were measured.Results:After treatment, the A peak, serum PLO concentration decreased significantly, E peak, E/A and Ery SOD activity increased significantly in LVDD.Conclusion:Ginkgonin may improve left venticular diastolic function in CHD, and possess the ability of decrease serum LPO concentration and increase Ery SOD activity.
