摘　　要：从目前国际和国内建筑市场的基本情况入手 ,综合分析了我国建筑业和建筑企业的劣势和国外建筑企业的优势 ,进一步阐述了加入 WTO给我国建筑业带来的机遇。On the basis of the analysis of domestic and international construction market,the inferior position of China Construction Industry and predominance of foreign construction corporations are discussed in this paper. Furthermore, the opportunity, challenge and countermeasure of entering WTO to China Construction Industry are comprehensively analyzed
