摘　　要：在深入研究军队院校图书馆信息网络系统 (简称 MIL INS)安全机制的基础上 ,发现其在安全机制实现上存在的漏洞和权限分配实现上的不足 ,提出了基于 Windows NT的认证安全授权机制 ;分析设计了基于数据库的统一的用户登录模型与权限分配的安全机制实现改进算法 ;并利用 Delphi5 .Through further study of the Military Insitute Library Information Network System, the deficiency of the system security and the log-on user's authority distribution is found. To solve the problem, an improved algorithm based on the united user's logging-on and authority distribution is proposed with the security mechanism on the foundation of Windows NT's security Authority Distribution. The proposed algorithm is also tested with the aid of the Delphi 5.x and SQL Server.
