摘　　要：目前，第4 代移动通信技术还只是处于业务和技术描述阶段，本文对4G 的框架进行了初步的分析和探讨。Currently, 4G mobile communications technologies are still in the stage ofservice and technical descriptions. This article gives some concepts andanalysis of the possible framework of the 4G system.
