摘　　要：目的:探讨运用体外受精与胚胎移植技术治疗不孕症患者的临床结果。 方法 :对 1999年 8月～ 2 0 0 1年 8月期间的 38例不孕症患者 (分为两批 )进行药物超排卵、阴道 B超下取卵、体外受精及培养、胚胎移植和保胎治疗。 结果:(1)第一批 (2 8例 ) :有 3例获妊娠 ,其中 1例足月分娩 ,2例生化妊娠 ;(2 )第二批 (10例 ) :有 6例获妊娠 ,其中 2例单胎妊娠 ,2例双胎妊娠 ,1例四胎妊娠行减胎术至双胎妊娠 (目前以上 5例均妊娠 4～ 5个月 ) ,1例生化妊娠。 结论:体外受精与胚胎移植是治疗输卵管因素不孕的重要有效手段。Objective: To introduce the clinical results of using in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) technique to treat infertility. Methods: To conduct superovulation、 retrieval of oocytes、 in vitro fertilization and development、 embryo transplantation therapy to 38 sterile women from Aug, 1999 to Aug, 2001. Results: Among these 38 women who were conducted IVF-ET, nine had pregnancied, and in whom, one had delivered in full term, five were in their gestation period, and three were biochemical pregnancy. Conclusion: In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) technique is a important and efficient way to treat tubal infertility.
