摘　　要：目的　研究人参四逆汤的活性成分。方法　利用硅胶色谱柱分离技术 ,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果　从人参四逆汤水溶液中 ,分得 7个化合物 ,分别鉴定为人参皂苷 - Rb1 、- Rb2 、- Rc、- Rd、- Re、- Rg1 和尿嘧啶。Object To study the chemical constituents of GINSENG SINI TANG Methods The active constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data Results Seven compounds were obtained and they are ginsenoside Rb 1, Rb 2, Rc, Rd, Re, Rg 1 and uracil respectively Conclusion All these compounds were first obtained from GINSENG SINI TANG
