摘　　要：目的　研究乌藤 Uvaria tonkinensis var.subglabra的化学成分。方法　利用硅胶柱层析 ,Sephadex L H- 2 0分离得到 9个化合物 ,通过光谱数据分析。结果　鉴定为棕榈酸 ( )、硬脂酸 ( )、二十四烷酸 ( )、β-谷甾醇 ( )、β-胡萝卜苷 ( )、4 -烯 - 3-酮豆甾烷 ( )、4 ,2 2 -二烯 - 3-酮豆甾烷 ( )、甘油 ( )、4 -烯 - 3,6 -二酮豆甾烷 ( )。结论　化合物 、 、 、 、 、Object To study the chemical constituents in the rhizome of Uvaria tonkinensis var subglabra Finet et Gagnep Methods The silica gel column and Sephadex LH 20 column were used for isolation of the compounds from the plant The spectral data were used for structural identification of the isolated compounds Results Nine compounds were obtained and identified as palmitic acid (Ⅰ), stearic acid (Ⅱ), tetracosanic acid (Ⅲ), β sitosterol (Ⅳ), β daucosterol (Ⅴ), stigmast 4 en 3 one (Ⅵ), and stigmast 4, 22 dien 3 one (Ⅶ), glycerol (Ⅷ), stigmast 4 en 3, 6 dione (Ⅸ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ were obtained from Uvaria Linn for the first time
