摘  要:目的 研究粉防己碱 (Tet)对有机磷酸酯抑制的胆碱酯酶 (Ch E)活性的影响。方法 采用 Ellman's比色法测定人血 Ch E活性作为观察指标。结果  Tet使敌百虫抑制的 Ch E活性量效曲线右移 ,最大抑制反应明显压低 ;0 .4 ,0 .8,1.6μg/ m L Tet的最大复活效应分别为 2 0 .5 %、38.3%和 80 .2 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ;Tet与氯磷定 (PAM- Cl)活化被抑制酶的 EC50 分别为 0 .6 9和 2 .0 1μg/ m L。结论 提示 Tet是被抑制的 ChObject To observe the effect of tetrandrine (Tet) on the activity of cholinesterase (ChE) inhibited by organophosphate. Methods Activity of ChE in human blood was determined with Ellman's method and used as an index. Results The cumulative dose effect curves for inhibitory effect of dipterex on ChE were shifted to right and the maximal inhibitory effect of dipterex was obviously declined by Tet. The maximal reactivating rates of inhibited ChE were 20.5%, 38.3% and 80.2% when the concentrations of Tet were 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6 μg/mL (P<0.05), respectively. The EC 50 values of Tet and PAM Cl for reactivation of ChE were 0.69 and 2.01 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion It was suggested that Tet is a reactivator of ChE inhibited by organophosphate.
