摘　　要：艾滋病 (AIDS)是由艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染引起的一种传染病 ,近 2 0年来 ,AIDS已在全球广泛流行。其传染性之强 ,病死率之高已严重危害人类的健康 ,同样也危及儿童的健康。本文报告了 1998～ 2 0 0 0年期间上海市儿童医院在儿童艾滋病方面所做的工作。并就提高儿科医师对儿童 AIDS的识别能力 ;非政府组织在儿童 AIDS防治中的作用 ;抓好健康教育 ,提高公众的自我防范意识 ;期盼相应法规 ,保证各种纠纷妥善处理等进行了讨论。This paper reported the work on the children's AIDS of Shanghai Children Hospital from 1998 to 2000. The following questions were discussed. How raise the paediatric physician's identification ability on the children's AIDS. How to bring the non-government organs into the children's AIDS prevention and treatment play. How do well the work of health education to raise the self-prevention consciousness of the public. How to use the corresponding laws to guarantee the many disputes dealt with good results.
