摘　　要：目的 :观察 1.6———二磷酸果糖对心肌炎的治疗效果。方法 :用 1.6———二磷酸果糖及能量合剂静脉点滴 ,研究 1.6———二磷酸果糖对心肌炎的治愈率及控制心律失常的效果 ,并与能量合剂单独静点组疗效进行比较。结果 :治疗组治愈率为 86、84 % ,高于对照组 (76 .6 7% ) (X2 =4 .37　P <0 .0 5 ) ,有显著差异性。控制心律失常为 7.5 3± 0 .2 1天 ,少于对照组 (8.76± 0 .2 5天 )两组差异性显著 (t=6 .4 5　P <0 .0 1)。结论 :结果揭示 1.OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effects in treating myocarditis with fructose-1.6--diphosphate.METHODS:Intravenons dsop with fructose 1.6--diphosphate and energy integrated agent. Study the curative rate of myocarditis with frutose-1.6-diphosphate and the effects of suppressing cardiac arrhythmias and compare the curative effects of intravenons drop with single energy integrated agent.RESULTS: The curative rate of treatment group is 86.84% and is higher than normal group (76.67%) (X 2=4.37 P<0.05) There exists remarkable difference between the two groups. The time of suppressing cardiac arrhythmias is 7.53±0.21 days, and is less than normal group (8.76±0.25 days).(t=6.45 P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The results indicated that it is very effectively to treat myocorrditis and suppress cardiac arrhythmias with fructose-1.6--dishosphate.
