摘　　要：目的　讨论临床X线检查对Peutz -Jegher’ssyndrome的诊断和鉴别诊断意义。方法　对近几年行X线胃肠道双对比造影检查及经内窥镜或手术病理证实的 6例进行总结分析。结果　 6例均有明显的家族史 ,胃肠道多发性息肉 ,皮肤粘膜黑色素斑 ,可确诊为Peutz -Jegher’ssyndrome。结论　X线胃肠道双对比造影并结合临床病史对Peutz -Jegher’ssyndrome有定性诊断的价值。Objective To discuss the significance of clinical X-rays examination in diagnosis and differential diagnosis for peutz-jeghers syndrome.Methods The 6 cases proved by examination of double contrast radiography and pathologic diagnos with endoscope or operation in recent years summarized and analysed.Results The obvious history of families showed in 6 cases,Gastrointestinal polyposis associated with mucocutaneous melanin pigmentation could be diagnosed definitely as Peutz-Jegher's syndrome.Conclusion It has the value of qualutative diagnosis by the double contrast radiography with X-rays in gastrointestinal tract and the clinical history of diseases combined.
