大动脉瘤MRA和cine-MRI观察

摘　　要：目的　了解MRA和cine -MRI诊断大动脉瘤的价值。方法　分析 32例大动脉瘤的MRA和cine -MRI解剖结构和血液动力学改变。结果　主动脉瘤 2 2例 ,腹髂动脉瘤 5例 ,髂总动脉瘤 3例 ,肺动脉瘤和肠系膜上动脉瘤各 1例。动脉瘤直径 2 .5～ 10cm。MRA和cine -MRI上心血管壁呈中低信号 ,血液呈高信号 ,新鲜血栓在MRA呈高信号 ,陈旧血栓呈低信号 ,血栓在cine -MRI上均呈低信号。MRA可清楚显示主动脉弓部和肾动脉等分支血管。 7例升主动脉瘤cine -MRI左心室流出道舒张期出现低信号区。结论　MRA和cine -MRI可较好地显示大动脉瘤的解剖结构和血液动力学改变 ,与SE序列结合可满足诊断需要。Objective To find out the value of MRA and cine-MRI in diagnosing the large artery aneurysms.Methods The anatomic configurations and hemodynamics of 32 cases on MRA and cine-MRI were analysed.Results There were 22 cases of the aortic aneurysms and 5 cases of aortic-iliac aneurysms.Anothers were located in common iliac arteries(3 cases),lung artery(1 case)and superior mesenteric artery(1 scae).The diameters of the aneurysms were 2.5 cm～10 cm.The walls of the heart and large vessles presented as low signal as compared with the high signal of blood.The acute thrombuses demonstrated as high siignal whereas the chronic ones as low signal on MRA.All the thrombuses showed low signal on cine-MRI.The branches of the vessels,such as the renal artery,could be clearly demonstrated on MRA.The areas of low signal were found in the outflow of the enlarged left ventricals at diastole in asending aortic aneurysms(7 cases).Conclusion The anatomic configuratons and hemodynamics of the large aneurysms could be clearly demonstrated on MRA and cine-MRI,it would be sufficient to give the diagnosis if they are combined with the SE sequence.
