摘  要:针对目前我国跨度最大的球面网壳工程 ,漳州后石电厂 12 3m直径双层球面网壳 ,所采用的一种新的施工方法——小拼单元悬挑安装法施工技术进行了全面介绍 ,同时对结构在施工过程中杆件的内力变化进行了全过程的跟踪计算分析 .分析结果表明 ,这种方便、廉价的施工新方法在技术上是可行的 ,结构在施工中是安全的 .工程实践证明 ,这种用简易的施工机具安装大型网壳的施工方法是成功的 .并特别指出网壳工程设计时考虑施工过程的重要性 。Presented the construction technique of a double- layer spherical reticulated shell with a diameter of 1 2 3m,which is the largest spherical latticed shell in China to date. A new construction method,the small- unit cantilever erection method,was adopted,where only simple construction tools were used in the installation of the huge reticulated shell.This method is feasible,convenient and economical.The varia- tion of internal forces during the whole erection process is also analyzed.The results of the analysis indi- cate that the project is safe during the whole erection process.The results of the analysis show that mem- ber internal forces,which considered the construction process are different from member internal forces which did not consider the construction process. The internal forces values of the first method are more suitable to the projectfact than the second method which is used to design in popular at present. It is im- portant to consider the construction process when the dome is designed. Finally,some issues which need to be considered in determining the construction scheme of reticulated shells were indicated.
