稀土对KS1275合金变质作用的研究

摘　　要：在KS1 2 75合金中分别加入 0 0 5 %RE和 0 0 9%RE ,并测定该合金的金相组织 ,机械性能及保温时间。试验结果表明 ,KS1 2 75合金用稀土变质处理过程随温度升高而缩短 ,潜伏期为1h～2h,保温温度升高 。After 0 05%RE and 0 09%RE are separately added into KS1275 alloy,the metallurgical microstructure,mechanic properties and heat preserving time are measured.The test result shows the rare earths modifying process of KS1275 alloy become shorter while its temperature rises.The incubation period is from one hour to two hours.The heat preserving temperature rises,the incubation period become shorter.
